The Software definition

The Software means the software designed and developed by the Bidder or the Bidder’s Personnel, and includes the source code and object code along with associated documentation, which is the work product of the development efforts envisaged in the Terms of Reference. It does not include commercial off-the-shelf licensed software (except for the customisation components of such products).
The Software means software, which the Vendor required to supply & service to the Indentor under the Contract;
The Software means the any tools deployed either Off-the-shelf purchase or developed for the purpose of NABARD by any Vendor

Examples of The Software in a sentence

  • The Software can only be used in the combination as approved by Wandelbots.

  • The Software, including, but not limited to any web pages, images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music test, and applets, is protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as by other such intellectual property laws and treaties.

  • The Software will be accessible only to directors, officers, employees, and agents of the Customer.

  • The Software is “commercial computer software” and the Services are “commercial services,” in each case as defined and used in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”) and its agency supplements, e.g., 48 C.F.R. §§ 2.101, 12.212, 227.7202 and 252.227-7014(a)(1), and in each case developed exclusively at private expense.

  • The Software and the Documentation are not sold to Customer, but rather, are licensed to Customer.


More Definitions of The Software

The Software means the sum of all software licenses granted by this Agreement or Work Order hereto as provided in Section 1 below.
The Software means the Ansible’ proprietary, computer program in object code only that is a graphical application and REST API for extending the capabilities of Core Software (as hereinafter defined), including but not limited to a GUI, Server, and associated database. For clarification, Tower Software is an extension of Ansible, that is, a proprietary, separate (non-embedded), downloadable suite, with add-ons, commands, functions and applications for optimizing the capabilities of Core Software. The term “Tower Software” or “Software” does not include Core Software.
The Software means any computer program, routine or system and associated documentation provided by the Licensor for use by the Licensee
The Software means the computer software applications outlined in Schedule 1 to this agreement (including all updates, enhancements, modifications, versions, and all replacement or amendment products from time to time offering the same or similar functionality);
The Software means that the Software is either loaded in the temporary memory (i.e., RAM) of a computer or installed on the permanent memory of a computer (i.e., hard disk, CD ROM, etc.). You may use at one time as many copies of the Software as you have licenses for. You may install the Software on a common storage device shared by multiple computers, provided that if you have more computers having access to the common storage device than the number of licensed copies of the Software, you must have some software mechanism which locks-out any concurrent users in excess of the number of licensed copies of the Software (an additional license is not needed for the one copy of Software stored on the common storage device accessed by multiple computers).
The Software means the source code and the object code of the Mu-Meter software and all versions and releases thereof (including without limitation the MK4 and MK5 versions) and all specifications and documentation relating to that software;
