No Distribution of Other Offering Materials. The Partnership has not distributed and, prior to the later to occur of any Delivery Date and completion of the distribution of the Units, will not distribute any offering material in connection with the offering and sale of the Units other than any Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus, any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus to which the Representatives have consented in accordance with Section 1(i) or 5(a)(vi) and any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus set forth on Schedule 2 hereto.

No Distribution of Other Offering Materials. The None of the Partnership Entities has not distributed and, prior to the later to occur of any Delivery Date and completion of the distribution of the Offered Units, will not distribute any offering material in connection with the offering and sale of the Offered Units other than any Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus, Prospectus and any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus to which the Representatives have consented in accordance with Section 1(i) or 5(a)(vi4(a)(vi) and any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus or as set forth on Schedule 2 IV hereto.
