No Duplicate Adjustments. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary contained herein, in no event will an adjustment be made under the provisions of this Section 4 to the number of Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant or the Warrant Price for any event if a corresponding adjustment having substantially the same effect to the holder as any adjustment that otherwise would be made under the provisions of this Section 4 is made by the Company for any such event pursuant to the antidilution provisions of the Company’s Charter.
