No Duplication of Employer Obligations. With respect to any payments or other compensation to be provided hereunder by Employer, the provision of such payments or other compensation by the Bank shall be deemed to reduce, to the same extent, the obligation of Bancorp to provide such payments or other compensation, and vice versa.
