The Executive has no duty or obligation to mitigate the expenditures for salaries, bonuses, benefits or otherwise after termination of this Agreement and/or cessation of employment with American. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to serve as a "noncompete" or other limitation on the future employment opportunities for the Executive after termination of this Agreement.
