Common use of No Duty to Seek Employment Clause in Contracts

No Duty to Seek Employment. Executive shall not be under any duty or obligation to seek or accept employment at any time subsequent to the Termination Date, and, except as specifically provided under Subsections 4(b) and 4(c) above, no such other employment, if obtained, or compensation or benefits payable in connection therewith, shall reduce any amounts or benefits to which Executive is entitled hereunder.
