Xxxxxx’x employment during the Employment Period or thereafter, whether by the Company or by Mx. Xxxxxx, shall have no effect on the rights and obligations of the parties hereto under the Company’s or the Bank’s Retirement Plan and the Company’s Incentive Savings Plan, group life, health (including hospitalization, medical and major medical), dental, accident and long term disability insurance plans or such other employee benefit plans or programs, or compensation plans or programs (whether or not employee benefit plans or programs) and, following the conversion of the Company to stock form, any stock option and appreciation rights plan, employee stock ownership plan and restricted stock plan, as may be maintained by, or cover employees of, the Company from time to time.
