Common use of No Employee Assignment Clause in Contracts

No Employee Assignment. No right or benefit of Employee under this Agreement shall be subject to anticipation, alienation, sale, assignment, pledge, encumbrance or charge. Any attempt by Employee to anticipate, alienate, sell, assign, pledge, encumber or charge such right or benefit shall be void, and such right or benefit shall, in the discretion of the Company, cease and terminate.
