Common use of No Employee Authorization Clause in Contracts

No Employee Authorization. Should an employee fail or refuse to provide the District with the required payroll deduction authorization form as required by this Agreement, the District shall notify LRCEA of that occurrence in a timely manner. Upon written notice from LRCEA to do so, the District shall commence payroll deduction of the fee from the pay of the employee. LRCEA reserves the right to pursue the collection of said amounts under lawful means.
