No Employee Rights. Nothing contained herein shall (i) confer upon any former, current or future employee of Seller or Buyer or any legal representative or beneficiary thereof any rights or remedies, including any right to employment or continued employment of any nature, for any specified period, or (ii) cause the at-will employment status of any former, present or future employee of Buyer or Seller to be other than terminable at will.
