Common use of No Employee Rights Clause in Contracts

No Employee Rights. Nothing in this Agreement expressed or implied shall confer upon any employee of the Company, any Subsidiary, the Purchaser, or any other employee or legal representatives or beneficiaries thereof, any rights or remedies, including any right to employment or continued employment for any specified period, of any nature or kind whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement, or shall change the employment as will status of any employee of the Purchaser, the Company or any Subsidiary.
