No Employment Contract, Etc. In accordance with the Program, nothing contained in this Agreement will confer upon Grantee any right with respect to continuance of employment or other engagement by the Company, nor limit or affect in any manner the right of the Company to terminate the employment or other engagement or adjust the compensation of Grantee. The value of any share of Units will not be taken into account in determining any employee benefit, severance or other amount to which Grantee might otherwise be entitled from the Company or any of its Affiliates, including without limitation any pension or other retirement benefit, salary continuation right or severance benefit or otherwise.
