Common use of No Employment Guaranteed Clause in Contracts

No Employment Guaranteed. No provision of this Agreement shall (a) be deemed to form an employment contract or relationship with the Company and/or its Subsidiaries, (b) confer upon the Employee any right to be or continue to be in the employ of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries, (c) affect the right of the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries to terminate the employment of the Employee, with or without Cause, or (d) confer upon the Employee any right to participate in any employee welfare or benefit plan or other program of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries other than the Plan. The Employee hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries may terminate the employment of the Employee at any time and for any reason, or for no reason, unless applicable law provides otherwise or unless the Employee and the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries are parties to a written employment agreement that expressly provides otherwise.
