Common use of No Employment or Consulting Contract Clause in Contracts

No Employment or Consulting Contract. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan will confer upon you any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company for any period of time or interfere with or otherwise restrict in any way the rights of the Company (or any subsidiary of the Company employing or retaining you) or you, which rights are hereby expressly reserved by each, to terminate your employee or consultant status as the case may be, at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.
