No Employment or Service Contract. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon Stockholder any right to continue in the service of the Company (or any parent or subsidiary corporation of the Company) for any period of time or restrict in any way the rights of the Company (or any parent or subsidiary corporation of the Company) or the Stockholder to terminate the Service Provider status of the Stockholder at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.
