No Endorsement; Proprietary Rights; Corporate Names. (a) Neither Vendor nor any officer or employee of Vendor shall represent, or shall cause or permit any other person to represent, either directly or indirectly, that Vendor or all or any part of the Service which Vendor offers or any equipment utilized by Vendor is sponsored or endorsed by the NASDAQNasdaq Companies.
