No Enlargement of Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to confer upon the Optionee any right to continued engagement by the Company or to restrict in any way the right of the Company to terminate its arrangement with Optionee subject to the terms of the Letter Agreement or any other applicable agreement between them.
