NO ESTATE CREATED. This License shall not be construed as creating or vesting in the Licensee any estate in the Licensed Premises, but only the limited right of possession as hereinabove stated.
NO ESTATE CREATED. This Rental AGREEMENT is referred to as a “rental” AGREEMENT for convenience only and shall not be construed as creating or vesting in the Town any estate in the Premises or Property or any interest in real property.
NO ESTATE CREATED. This License shall not be construed as creating or vesting in the Licensee any estate in Pearl Street, but only the limited temporary right of control and use as stated hereinabove.
NO ESTATE CREATED. This Agreement shall not be construed as creating or vesting in Student any estate in the assigned housing, but shall only constitute the limited right of use and occupancy as described herein. Student is a licensee with the limited right to use and occupy the housing unit assigned to Student during the Term, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Agreement shall not be deemed to constitute a lease or to create or transfer any interest in real estate. The University reserves the right to terminate the license at its sole discretion.
NO ESTATE CREATED. This License shall not be construed as creating or vesting in Licensees any estate in the Licensed Premises, but only the privileges of entry and use as herein described. Licensees understand, acknowledge, and agree that Licensees are acquiring no interests or rights whatsoever in or to the Licensed Premises by virtue of this License other than the privileges of entering and using the Licensed Premises in accordance with the provisions of this License. Licensees shall have no right to require specific performance of the obligations of Licensor hereunder.
NO ESTATE CREATED. This Agreement shall not be construed as creating or vesting in the Town any estate in the Road or any interest in real property.
NO ESTATE CREATED. This License Agreement shall not be construed as creating or vesting in Licensee any estate in the location of and about the Approved Wireless Facility or any interest in real property.
NO ESTATE CREATED. The license granted pursuant to this agreement shall not be construed as creating or vesting in User any estate in the facility, but only the limited right of possession and use as herein described, and user shall have no right to require specific performance of the obligations of RCPRB hereunder.
NO ESTATE CREATED. This Agreement shall not be construed as creating or vesting in BCG any estate in the Space, but only the limited right of use as herein described, and BCG shall have no right to require specific performance of the obligation of University hereunder.
NO ESTATE CREATED. This License Agreement shall not be construed as creating or vesting in the Licensee any estate in the Premises or Parking Area, nor shall it be the basis for any adverse possession claim against Licensor of the Premises, but only the limited rights as hereinabove stated. This License Agreement is personal to the Licensee and any attempted assignment or recording by the Licensee or any breach of any obligation by the Licensee shall immediately and automatically terminate this License Agreement.
