Common use of No Estoppel Clause in Contracts

No Estoppel. Neither the City nor any Agency, official, agent or employee thereof, shall be bound, precluded or estopped by any determination, decision, approval, order, letter, payment or certificate made or given under or in connection with this Contract by the City, the Commissioner, the Engineer, the Resident Engineer, or any other official, agent or employee of the City, either before or after the final completion and acceptance of the Work and payment therefor:

No Estoppel. Neither the City nor NYCDOT nor any Agency, official, agent or employee thereof, shall be bound, precluded or estopped by any determination, decision, approval, order, letter, payment or certificate made or given under or in connection with this Contract by the City, the Commissioner, the Engineer, the Resident EngineerProject Manager, or any other official, agent or employee of the City, either before or after the final completion and acceptance of the Work and payment therefor:
