Billing – Hourly Rate. Invoices submitted by Consultant must be sufficiently detailed and accompanied by supporting documentation to allow for proper audit of expenditures. When Services are authorized on an Hourly Rate basis, the Consultant must submit for approval by the Town Manager, a duly certified invoice, giving names, classification, salary rate per hour, hours worked and total charge for all personnel directly engaged on a Project, phase or task. Reimbursable Services Cost should then be added to the sum for the total charges for the personnel. The Consultant must attach to the invoice all supporting data for payments made to and incurred by Subconsultants engaged on the Project. In addition to the invoice, the Consultant must, for Hourly Rate authorizations, submit a progress report giving an update on the completion of the Project and/or the applicable phase or task.   • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Hourly Rate Divisor The hourly rate for the purposes of the calculation of overtime is the weekly all- purpose rate divided by 36.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

  • Hourly Fees Fees for work performed by Consultant on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on Exhibit B.

  • Flexible Work Hours Upon request of an authorized employee, the State may establish flexible work hours for a Xxxx 00 employee upon agreement between the employee and the employer. Any flexible work hour schedule shall not exceed thirty (30) days.

  • Pay Rate Sick leave pay shall be at the shift straight-time hourly rate.

  • Pay Rates Unit members must have been on an active status for a minimum of six
