Common use of No Exclusion Clause in Contracts

No Exclusion. The Parties each warrant and represent that neither they nor any of their Related Parties have been placed on the sanctions list issued by the office of the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to the provisions of 42 U.S.C. 1320a(7), or have been excluded from government contracts by the General Services Administration. A Party will provide the other immediate notice in the event either is placed on the sanctions list.

The Parties each warrant and represent that neither they nor any of their Related Parties affiliates have been placed on the sanctions list issued by the office of the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to the provisions of 42 U.S.C. 1320a(7), 1320a (7) or have been excluded from government contracts by the General Services Administration. A Party will provide the other immediate notice in the event either is placed on the sanctions list.
