No Exclusionary or Discriminatory Specifications. Apart from inconsistent requirements imposed by Federal statute or regulations, the Contractor agrees that it will comply with the requirements of 49 U.S.C. § 5323(h)(2) by refraining from using any Federal assistance to support subcontracts procured using exclusionary or discriminatory specifications.
