No Exclusive Agreement. The Adviser is not hereby granted or entitled to an exclusive right to sell or exclusive employment to sell assets for the Company.
No Exclusive Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to grant to Supplier an exclusive right or privilege to provide the Services to Customer.
No Exclusive Agreement. The Trust shall not grant or entitle the Sponsor to an exclusive right to sell or exclusive employment to sell assets for the Trust.
No Exclusive Agreement. This is not an exclusive agreement. Client is free to engage others, and Cornerstones of Care is free to accept engagement by others, to provide and perform services the same as or similar to the Services.

No Exclusive Agreement. The Contractor is expressly free to perform services for other parties while performing services for the Company, provided that Contractor complies with the terms of Paragraphs 5, 6 and 7, above.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in an applicable Statement of Work, nothing in this MSA or any Statement of Work shall be deemed to grant to Brite an exclusive right or privilege to provide any Work to Customer or any Customer affiliate. Customer acknowledges that Brite provides a variety of services to other parties, and agrees that nothing in this MSA or any Statement of Work shall be deemed or construed to prevent Brite from (i) providing work or services to any other party, or (ii) developing for itself, or for others, materials that may be or are competitive to those produced as a result of the Work provided under this MSA, subject to Brite’s confidentiality obligations with respect to Customer Information in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 (“Confidentiality”) hereof.
No Exclusive Agreement. The Trust shall not grant or entitle the Adviser to an exclusive right to sell or exclusive employment to sell assets for the Trust.
No Exclusive Agreement. This is not an exclusive agreement. Transferor is free to engage others to provide Materials the same as or similar to the Materials provided to Transferee.
