NO EXCLUSIVE. NEGOTIATIONS Seller shall have the right, at all times, to solicit backup offers and enter into discussions, negotiations, or any other communications concerning or related to the sale of the Property with any third-party; provided, however, that such communications are subject to the terms of this Agreement, and that Seller shall not enter into any contract or binding agreement with a third-party for the sale of the Property unless such agreement is contingent on the termination of this Agreement without the Property having been conveyed to Purchaser.
