No Expense Reimbursement. The Holder shall no way be required the pay, or to reimburse the Company for, any fees or expenses of the Company's transfer agent or Depositary in connection with the issuance or holding or sale of the ADSs, Warrant ADSs and/or Ordinary Shares.
