Common use of No Extension or Amendment of Receivables Clause in Contracts

No Extension or Amendment of Receivables. Except as otherwise permitted in Section 7.2 of the Second Tier Agreement, no Originator shall extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Conveyed Receivable, or amend, modify or waive any term or condition of any Contract related thereto.
