No Federal Approvals. No governmental approval in the United States of any kind is required of the Owner Participant, the Original Loan Participant, the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee for their respective execution of or performance under this Agreement or any agreement contemplated hereby solely by reason of any fact or circumstance peculiar to: (a) Lessee (as contrasted to other airlines), (b) the nature of the Aircraft, or (c) Lessee's proposed operations or use of the Aircraft.
