CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE PARTICIPATIONS IN THE AIRCRAFT. It is agreed that the obligations of each of the Pass Through Trustee and the Owner Participant to participate in the payment of Lessor's Cost and to make available the amount of its respective Commitment are subject to the satisfaction prior to or on the Delivery Date of the following conditions precedent, except that paragraphs (iii), (v)(5), (xxi), (xxii) and (xxiv) shall not be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Pass Through Trustee, and paragraphs (iv), (vii)(D) and (xiv) shall not be a condition precedent to the obligation of the Owner Participant:
