Common use of No Finders Clause in Contracts

No Finders. No act of the Company or any Subsidiary has given or will give rise to any claim against any of the parties hereto for a brokerage commission, finder's fee, or other like payment in connection with the transactions contemplated herein, except payments in the amounts specified in the Company Disclosure Schedule to those parties identified thereon who have acted as a finder for the Company or have been retained by the Company as financial advisors pursuant to the agreements or other documents described in the Company Disclosure Schedule, copies of which have been provided or made available to Parent or its advisors prior to the date of this Agreement.
