No Fraud; No Corruption. Each party shall take all necessary steps, in accordance with good industry practice, to prevent any fraudulent activity by such party (including its employees) in connection with invoicing or payment pursuant to this Agreement. Each party shall notify the other immediately if it has discovered that any such fraud has occurred or is occurring. No party has offered or given, or agreed to give, to any employee, servant or representative of the other party any personal gift, commission or other consideration of any kind as an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution or performance of this Agreement.
