No Frivolous, Vexatious Or Vindictive Claims. The Employer may undertake disciplinary or other appropriate action against any person(s) who under this Article make(s) a claim of personal harassment which is determined to be frivolous, vexatious and/or vindictive in nature. Any such disciplinary action by the Employer with respect to any Employee in the bargaining unit who has passed probation must be for "just cause".
