No Further Consent Implied. A consent to one Transfer shall not be deemed to be a consent to any other or subsequent Transfer, and consent to any Transfer shall in no way relieve Concessionaire of any liability under this Agreement. Any Transfer without City's consent shall be void, and shall, at the option of City, constitute a Default under this Agreement.
