No Futures Contracts. Subject to subsection (e)(4) below, but notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement:

No Futures Contracts. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement: Every Player Contract shall be effective and commence as of the date of execution and shall be for a continuous term. No Team and player may enter into a Player Contract during the period commencing at the start of the Team’s last game of the Regular Season and continuing through the following January 31. The preceding sentence shall not prohibit a Team and player from entering into an amendment to an existing Player Contract pursuant to Article V, Section 3(e) during such period.

  • SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):

  • Commodity A tangible good, which may or may not meet the specifications herein. Commodities under this contract are Agriculture and Lawn Equipment which includes the Base Equipment, associated OEM Options, Accessories and Implements and Replacement Parts classified under twenty-one (21) Groups, listed in section 3.1.

  • Contracts Unless otherwise expressly provided herein or in any other Loan Document, references to agreements and other contractual instruments, including this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, shall be deemed to include all subsequent amendments, thereto, restatements and substitutions thereof and other modifications and supplements thereto which are in effect from time to time, but only to the extent such amendments and other modifications are not prohibited by the terms of any Loan Document.

  • Disputes – Contract A. The parties shall deal in good faith and attempt to resolve potential disputes informally. If the dispute concerning a question of fact arising under the terms of this Contract is not disposed of in a reasonable period of time by the Contractor’s Project Manager and the County‘s Project Manager, such matter shall be brought to the attention of the County Deputy Purchasing Agent by way of the following process:
