Player Contract. CONDITIONAL
Player Contract. The parties negotiate a model player contract to be used between the employers and the players, as well as the possible amendments made to the contract during the term of contract.
Player Contract. Please acknowledge your understanding and willingness to abide by our Code of Conduct by reading and then signing this form: I will encourage good sportsmanship from fellow players, coaches, officials and parents at every game and practice.
Player Contract. Under this Player Contract, the New York City Cyclones ("Cyclones") and you (''you" or "Player") agree that the Player will play for the Cyclones during the registered season and will abide by all of the Cyclones' rules. Once the Player has signed to play for the Cyclones, the Player is subject to the NYSAHA player movement rules and will need a release from the Cyclones to play for another NYSAHA association. Releases may not be issued by the Cyclones until the last day of the National Tournament for the registered season. Hockey is a team sport. No one person can win in hockey by him/herself. For the team to be successful, everyone must pull together and play and operate as a team. The Cyclones want to help you learn to be the best hockey player you can be, both individually and as a team member. We want to teach you how to help your team win, but also how to learn from your mistakes when the team loses. You must be serious in your commitment to hockey and the team, but you should also have fun. For this to work, you need to work with your coaches and teammates, not against them. These are the rules that you must commit to follow to join and remain a member of the Cyclones. These rules apply during ALL Cyclones activities whether on or off the ice, including travel to and from all Cyclones activities:

Game Plan directors and coaches will make the decisions that are best for the team, club, and individual. By signing below, you are agreeing to the following core values and agreeing to be the best teammate within your own ability. I, (athlete) will always respect my coach, club, and teammates. I will always encourage my teammates to play well even if I am sitting on the bench awaiting my turn to compete. I will be inspiring to my teammates. I will be willing to work hard, and I will always want to play better than the day before. I will always be courteous and compete with the utmost sportsmanship. I understand the rules listed below are to be upheld and if I happen to break these rules, I will be given an initiative enforced and decided by my coach.
Player Contract. The Parties have negotiated the player contract model which is used between the employers and the players as well as any necessary changes thereto during the term of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, the Parties accept the player contract model in Annex 1. This player contract model cannot be modified or deviated from to the detriment of the player without the prior written consent of both Parties. In the event of any discrepancies between this Agreement and a player contract including its compensation appendix signed by a League Team and a player, the terms and conditions of the player contract and the compensation appendix shall prevail, if they are in the favour of the player. If the mentioned terms and conditions are to the detriment of the player, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail.
Player Contract. The Parties shall negotiate a Player Contract template to be used between Employers and Players and any necessary changes that may be necessary during the contract period. By signing this Convention, the Parties approve the Player Contract template that is Appendix 1. Changing this Player Contract template or deviating from it by undermining Player's interests is only possible if the Parties agree to such a change or such changes are agreed upon in writing in advance. In the event of a conflict between this Convention and the Player Contract between Liiga Club and Player, the terms of the Player Contract and Player Fee (salary) appendix shall prevail if they are in the Player's interest. If the said terms are to the detriment of the Player, the terms and conditions of this Convention shall prevail in the event of a conflict.
