Common use of No Generation Clause in Contracts

No Generation. Tenant shall not generate, use, treat, store, handle, release or dispose of, or permit the generation, use, treatment, storage, handling, release or disposal of Hazardous Materials (as defined in Section 24(i) hereof) on the Premises, or the Project, or transport or permit the transportation of Hazardous Materials to or from the Premises or the Project except for limited quantities of household cleaning products and office supplies used or stored at the Premises and required in connection with the routine operation and maintenance of the Premises, and used and stored in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws.

No Generation. Tenant shall not generate, use, treat, store, handle, release or dispose of, or permit the generation, use, treatment, storage, handling, release or disposal of Hazardous Materials (as defined in Section 24(i) hereof) on the Premises, Premises or the Project, or transport or permit the transportation of Hazardous Materials to or from the Premises or the Project except for limited quantities of household cleaning products and office supplies used or stored at the Premises and required in connection with the routine operation and maintenance of the Premises, and used and stored in compliance with all applicable Environmental LawsLaws and Environmental Permits.

Tenant shall not generate, use, treat, store, handle, release or dispose of, or permit the generation, use, treatment, storage, handling, release or disposal of Hazardous Materials (as defined in Section 24(i) hereof) on the Premises, or the ProjectProperty, or transport or permit the transportation of Hazardous Materials to or from the Premises or the Project Property except for limited quantities of household cleaning products and office supplies used or stored at the Premises Property and required in connection with the routine operation and maintenance of the PremisesProperty, and used then only upon the written consent of Landlord and stored in compliance with all applicable Environmental LawsLaws and Environmental Permits.

No Generation. Tenant shall not generate, use, treat, store, handle, release or dispose of, or permit the generation, use, treatment, storage, handling, release or disposal of Hazardous Materials (as defined in Section 24(i) hereof) on the Premises, or the ProjectComplex, or transport or permit the transportation of Hazardous Materials to or from the Premises or the Project Complex except for limited quantities of household cleaning products and office supplies used or stored at the Premises and required in connection with the routine operation and maintenance of the Premises, and used and stored in compliance with all applicable Environmental LawsLaws and Environmental Permits.
