No Guaranteed Employment. The granting of the Option shall impose no obligation upon you to exercise the Option or any part thereof. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall affect the right of the Company or Employer to terminate you at any time, with or without cause, or shall be deemed to create any rights to your employment. The rights and obligations arising under this Agreement are not intended to and do not affect your employment relationship that otherwise exists between you and the Company or Employer, whether such employment relationship is at will or defined by an employment contract.
