No Guaranty of Employment. Neither this contract nor any action taken hereunder shall be construed as giving the Executive a right to be retained as an employee of the Company. The Company shall be entitled to terminate the Executive's employment at any time, subject to providing the severance benefits herein specified in accordance with the terms hereof. The Executive is free to resign from employment at any time and the Company is free, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to terminate the Executive's employment at any time and for any reason.
