No Impediment to Agreement. Employee hereby represents to the Company that Employee is not, as of the date hereof, and will not be during Employee’s employment with the Company, employed under contract, oral or written, by any other person, firm or entity, and is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement which would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, Employee’s ability to enter this Agreement and to perform the duties of Employee’s employment.
No Impediment to Agreement. The Executive hereby represents to the Company that the Executive is not, as of the date hereof, and will not be, during the Executive’s employment with the Company, employed under contract, oral or written, by any other person, firm or entity, and is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement that would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, the Executive’s ability to enter this Agreement and to perform the duties of the Executive’s employment.

Executive covenants that except as otherwise disclosed herein, he is not, as of the date hereof, and will not be, during the period of his employment hereunder, employed under contract, oral or written, by any other person, firm or entity, and is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any other restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement, and is not aware of any other circumstance or condition (legal, health or otherwise) which would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, his ability to enter into this Agreement and to perform the duties and responsibilities of his employment hereunder.

Except as otherwise disclosed herein, Nowixxxx xxxeby represents to the Company that he is not, as of the date hereof, and will not be, during employment with the Company, employed under contract, oral or written, by any other person, firm or entity and is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement which would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, his ability to enter into this Agreement and to perform the duties of his employment.

Except as otherwise disclosed herein, Bermxx xxxeby represents to the Company that he is not, as of the date hereof, and will not be, during employment with the Company, employed under contract, oral or written, by any other person, firm or entity and is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement which would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, his ability to enter into this Agreement and to perform the duties of his employment.
No Impediment to Agreement. Executive covenants that, except as otherwise specifically disclosed herein, he is not, as of the date hereof, aware of any circumstance or condition (legal, health or otherwise), which, in any such case, would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, his ability to enter into this Agreement and to perform the duties and responsibilities of his employment hereunder.
No Impediment to Agreement. Except as otherwise disclosed herein, Franxxx xxxeby represents to the Company that he is not, as of the date hereof, and will not be, during employment with the Company, employed under contract, oral or written, by any other person, firm or entity and is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement which would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, his ability to enter into this Agreement and to perform the duties of his employment.
No Impediment to Agreement. Mr. Xxxxxxxxx xxxenants that except as otherwise disclosed herein, he is not, as of the date hereof, and will not be, during the period of his employment hereunder, employed under contract, oral or written, by any other person, firm or entity, and is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any other restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement, and is not aware of any other circumstance or condition (legal, health or otherwise) which would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, his ability to enter into this Agreement and to perform the duties and responsibilities of his employment hereunder.
No Impediment to Agreement. Unless otherwise approved by the Board under Section 2 above, Executive hereby represents to the Company that Executive is not, as of the date hereof, and will not be during Executive’s employment with the Company, employed under contract, oral or written, by any other person, firm or entity, and is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement which would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, Executive’s ability to enter this Agreement and to perform the duties of Executive’s employment. It is understood that Executive may continue his role as CEO of Gogestalt Inc., Director at Xxxxxx Corp and Partner at 92 Angels.

Except as otherwise disclosed herein, the Employee hereby represents to the Company that he is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement which would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, his ability to enter into this Agreement.
