No Implied Approvals. Nothing herein shall be construed or interpreted in any way to waive any obligation or requirement of Developer to obtain all necessary approvals, licenses and permits from the City in accordance with its usual practices and procedures, nor limit or affect in any way the right and authority of the City to approve or disapprove the Development Plan, Plans and Specifications, or any part thereof, or to impose any limitations, restrictions and requirements on the development, construction and/or use of the Project as a condition of any such approval, license or permit; including, without limitation, requiring any and all other development and similar agreements.
