No Implied Licenses; Retained Rights. No license or other right is or shall be created or granted hereunder by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. All licenses and rights are or shall be granted only as expressly provided in this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted by GlobeImmune under this Agreement are reserved by GlobeImmune and may be used by GlobeImmune for any purpose.
