No In-Service Withdrawal Sample Clauses

No In-Service Withdrawal. The subaccount will be paid out in a single payment or in two to ten annual installments. The single payment or the first installment payment will be paid on the first Payment Processing Date that occurs six months or more after the Participant’s Separation from Service; subsequent installments will be paid each 12 months thereafter. Each installment will be equal to the balance in the subaccount measured as short a period of time before the installment is paid as is administratively convenient, divided by the number of remaining annual installments.

  • In-Service Withdrawals If elected in the Adoption Agreement, an Employer may elect to permit a Participant in the Plan to make an in-service withdrawal, subject to any limitation(s) specified in the Adoption Agreement.
