Common use of No Increase in Take Clause in Contracts

This section does not authorize any modifications that would result in an increase in the amount and nature of Take, or increase the impacts of Take, on Covered Species beyond that analyzed under the original SSHCP and any amendments thereto. Any such modification must be reviewed as a permit amendment under Section 13.2 of this Agreement.
