No Interference with Other Contracts. To the best of Consultant’s knowledge, this Agreement does not create a material conflict of interest or default under any of Consultant’s other contracts. No Litigation. No suit, action, arbitration, or legal, administrative, or other proceeding or governmental investigation is pending or threatened that may adversely affect Consultant’s ability to perform the Services.
