Whistleblower Protection Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as to impede the Employee (or any other individual) from reporting possible violations of federal law or regulation to any governmental agency or entity, including but not limited to the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Congress, and any agency Inspector General, or making other disclosures under the whistleblower provisions of federal law or regulation. STUDENT DISCIPLINE AND TEACHER PROTECTION A. The Board recognizes its responsibility to give all support and assistance to teachers with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline in the classroom. Whenever it appears to the teacher and a representative of the Board that a particular pupil requires the attention of special counselors, social workers, law enforcement personnel, physicians or other professional persons the Board will take steps to relieve the teacher of responsibilities with respect to such pupil.
