No liability as mortgagee in possession. Neither the Lender, any Receiver, any Delegate nor any Administrator shall be liable to account as mortgagee in possession in respect of all or any of the Secured Assets, nor shall any of them be liable for any loss on realisation of, or for any neglect or default of any nature in connection with, all or any of the Secured Assets for which a mortgagee in possession might be liable as such.
