No Liability for Failure to Give Possession. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for failure to give possession of the Townhome when promised. If Landlord fails to do so, this Lease Agreement will remain in effect, but the term shall not be extended. Tenant shall not have to pay rent until possession is given.
