No Liens on Premises or Permitted Use. Lessee shall not create, or suffer to be created or to remain, and shall promptly discharge, any mechanic’s, laborer’s or materialman’s lien or any mortgage upon the Premises, and Lessee will not suffer any other matter or thing arising out of Lessee’s use and occupancy of the Premises whereby the estate, rights and interests of Lessor in the Premises or any part thereof might be impaired, except in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Lease, including, without limitation, Article 15 below.
