Common use of No Management Rights Clause in Contracts

No Management Rights. Except to the extent otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, no Member, in its capacity as such, will have any right, power, or authority to take part in the management or control of the business of, or transact any business for, the Company, to act or sign for or on behalf of the Company, or to bind the Company in any manner whatsoever.
