Common use of No Manager Wages or Salaries Clause in Contracts

No Manager Wages or Salaries. Except as otherwise provided in Sections 3.3 and 3.4, neither Manager nor its Affiliates nor any of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, or employees shall be compensated by wages or other payments paid by the Enterprise for any work which they perform for the Enterprise, except for the Management Fee to be paid to Manager hereunder.

No Manager Wages or Salaries. Except as otherwise provided in Sections 3.3 and 3.4with respect to Section 4.2.5, neither Manager nor its Manager’s Affiliates nor any of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, or employees shall be compensated by wages from or other contract payments paid by the Enterprise for their efforts or for any work which they perform for the Enterpriseunder this Agreement, except for other than the Management Fee to be paid to Manager hereunderpursuant to Section 6.6.
