NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The meaning of the words "strike" and "lockout" shall be as defined in The Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 5.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by the agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union and the Company agree that during the life of this agreement there will be no strikes, lock-outs, slowdown or stoppage of work either complete or partial.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 7.01 During the term of this Agreement, the Union agrees that there shall be no "strike" and the Employer agrees that there shall be no "lock-out".
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 6.10 There shall be no strikes or lock-outs for the duration of this Agreement, except if the Parties have bargained collectively, pursuant to the Trade Union Act of Nova Scotia, and have failed to conclude revisions to the Collective Agreement.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 3.01 The Employer agrees that, during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof, it will not cause or direct any lock-outs of its employees and the Union agrees that during the lifetime of this Agreement or any extension thereof, there will be no strike, picketing, slow down or stoppage of work, either complete or partial.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 7.01 The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, there shall be no strikes, suspension or slowdown of work, picketing or any other interference’s with the Employer’s business and to this end the Union will take affirmative action to prevent any employee covered by this Agreement from going on strike or suspending or slowing down her work or picketing, or otherwise interfering with the Employer’s business.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 28.01 There shall be no strike or lock-out during the currency of this Agreement. The words "strike" and "lock-out" shall be as defined by Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended from time to time.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 7.01 The Union undertakes that there shall be no strike as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. In view of the orderly procedure established by this agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the lifetime of this Agreement, there will be no strike, slowdown or stoppage of, or interference with, work or production, either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lock-out of employees. Any employee who violates Article shall be subject to discipline, including discharge. ARTICLE
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 6.1 It is agreed that there shall be no strike, work stoppage, or lock-out, as defined by the Nova Scotia Trade Union Act, unless all the requirements, conditions and limitations specified in the said Act are adhered to.
